Paul Loudon, BSc (Hons), is a mining analyst with more than 35 years of experience in resource company management, corporate finance structuring and arrangement, and investment analysis for corporate finance and stockbroking firms in Sydney and London. He has extensive experience as an executive and non-executive director of publicly listed resource companies, was previously CEO of BDI Mining Corp. and DiamondCorp PLC, and head of equities for mining finance house Loeb Aron & Company Ltd. in London.
Vincent Savage

Mr. Savage has over 35 years working in the building and mining industries, including 20 years working within the insolvency and business advisory sectors, leading mining company restructures throughout Australia. More recently, he has managed refinancing, reconstruction and development projects for mining and residential building companies in both Australia and internationally.
Rod Husband
President
Mr.Husband is an economic geologist with over 35 years experience in the junior resource sector. He has served as director and officer of several Canadian public companies where he focused on their management and corporate development including the evaluation, financing, exploration and development of several quality projects culminating the development of a 3 million-ounce gold mine. Founding partner of Cipher Research where he has spent the last 6 years conducting research and analysis on hundreds of companies and projects and helping develop detailed valuation models used to assess prospective investment.

Meghan Lewis
Independent Director
Ms. Lewis is a mining analyst and corporate finance professional with almost 20 years’ experience in all aspects of the resources industry. She has strong links into the Canadian mining corporate finance sector and was previously Vice President, Corporate Development for Aura Minerals Inc. Prior to Aura, she spent eight years as a senior mining analyst with the Dundee Group of Toronto. She holds a B.Sc. Hons in Geological Science from Queens University, an M.Sc. Geology from Dalhousie University and commenced her career as an exploration geologist with Golden Star Resources.
